All units at 71 Perut Place will be for rent only.
Our goal is to have construction completed by Christmas 2026.
There will be four (4) buildings, each with eight (8) units, for a combined total of thirty-two (32) rental units.
Each unit has two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom.
Rent will range between $2,350.00 and $2,850.00, depending on the unit. This price includes water & one (1) parking space. Additional parking spaces may be available.
Hydro/electricity, water heater rental, and heat pump rental will be the responsibility of the tenants.
Tenants will be responsible for phone, internet, and TV services/fees.
