This project brings a new way of building to the multi-residential market in North Bay by using modular construction. In partnership with Royal Homes, we have designed a custom apartment complex that showcases energy efficiency, faster timelines, and improved noise reduction.

By building indoors in a controlled environment, modular construction allows for greater precision, consistent quality, and fewer weather-related delays during construction. Energy efficiency is one of the biggest benefits. Tighter building construction, better insulation, and improved air sealing help create comfortable living spaces while reducing energy use and keeping operating costs lower over time.
