Once we’ve captured your vision, we move on to the finer details-the specifications and selections. While some details can be decided later, we’ll need to identify the products we’ll use to bring your vision to life. With this foundation, we can progress to the next step: presenting you with a tailored proposal.
Final selections and contracts
With your house design and selections finalized, we can provide an accurate cost for your home, a process that involves detailed coordination with our local suppliers and trade partners to ensure precise pricing for materials and services. Once we gather all the bids, we’ll prepare a comprehensive proposal that outlines every detail. Once ready to move forward with construction our BCIN designer will then create the construction drawings based on the contract, including necessary property surveys, site plans, and permits, which will be submitted to the municipality for approval. Finally, we’ll review the detailed plans together-covering construction, electrical, cabinetry, special features, and finishing materials-ensuring that we make informed choices collaboratively while simplifying the process for you.
Construction
Once all selections have been made, the design work is finalized, and permits are in hand, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves, break ground, and commence building. This marks the official start of the construction timeline, and from this day forward, we can provide you with a much more accurate completion date. With plenty of work ahead, we rely on our dedicated and skilled team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Move in
Now that the house is completed, it’s time for us to pack up our tools, clean the space, and hand over the keys. Before you move in, we conduct a thorough pre-delivery inspection with you, which includes a floor-by-floor walkthrough to assess the condition of your new home prior to occupancy. This inspection also provides us with the opportunity to showcase all the outstanding work our team has put into your home.
