Most people build a new house because they want to.  We built a new house because we had to.  When a fire destroyed our home in June of 2007, we were overwhelmed by the prospect of building.  Bay Builders delivered on their promise to build us a beautiful, solid, energy efficient home.  The team turned what started out as a stressful burden into an positive and exciting experience we will never forget.  We will always be grateful for their compassion, respect, and skill.
 

With professionalism, enthusiasm and guidance Nicole, Denise and the Bay Builders Team supported us in building our dream home. We had an extremely positive experience from the moment we entered the North Bay Show home to our present relationship with Bay Builders. Nicole’s expertise designing our custom home was of great benefit. Along with the support of Lynn who provided us with interior design details to our specific taste. Denise conducted the final stages of setting our home to a seamless perfection, with people often asking us – “Was this a modular home? It doesn’t look like one.” We find ourselves considering the Bay Builders Team apart of our extended family, calling upon them with questions in regards to paper work, home owner details, etc. that they readily answer. From the beginning you assisted us in selecting the floor plan that best suited our needs.  You even customized the rooms to accommodate our particular needs.  Throughout the entire experience time was taken to listen and address any concerns we may have had.  The day the house arrived the entire neighborhood took in the show with much interest and enthusiasm.  It gave us the opportunity to meet our new neighbours before we actually moved in.

Never having built a home before we were quite nervous and confused about the whole process. The Bay Builders team allayed our fears and worked with us every step of the way, providing expert advice and assistance which helped us complete the home worry-free. The first home turned out so well we chose Bay Builders when we decided to build a second home for our son, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Nicole, Tara and all the staff at Bay Builders for the wonderful home they helped me to build, even though it had to be brought to Capreol. My design ideas were all incorporated into the final plan with enthusiasm and encouragement. We added a sun room, a kitchen island, moved the staircase and changed some windows. It is absolutely beautiful. I was on my own and the decisions were huge, but Nicole and Tara were always there for me. My home arrived on time and the “Stitch Crew” had it on the foundation and put together in no time at all. Two weeks later I officially moved in. No one would guess it came in two pieces. Everyone is amazed and loves it as much as I do. Thanks for all your help.
